I am so happy about the initial decision to have you prepare meals for us. This has been some of the best money I have ever spent! Your meals are the BEST in Shreveport/Bossier by far. Every meal is one of Trae's favorites!:) Not to mention there is nothing better than eating a fabulous meal that you prepared at home in whatever clothes are comfortable for me! We are a year and a half into having you cook for us and we have loved every meal!

Man I never realized how much money I'd been wasting on fast food every week. With the portions you usually make, I always have something for lunch the next day. I don't think I have spent 20 bucks on fast food this month since you've been cooking for me. Every night there's something new and every time its absolutely fantastic. Please do the Blackened Flounder again. I have never had anything like that in my life!!!!

I cannot thank you enough. In a two career family, it can often get hectic with our fast paced work schedules -- not to mention the after school schedules of kids. Having a well prepared, nutritious meal waiting for all when we get home has made everyone more relaxed and happy. We are all huge fans of the cooking; in a word it is "awesome." And there is plenty of it. My husband and both of my sons, ages 22 and 14, eat plenty and there is always more than enough for all. I am thrilled that fast food is no longer the norm for dinner. Even better, I don't have to grocery shop. The price is more than reasonable for what you get: (i) excellent cooking, and (ii) less stress. This is one of the best decisons my family has ever made.

Oh, my Gosh! (and all appropriate facial gestures and eye rolls) The truffles are fantastic! Fruit with chocolate is always good, and orange is usually my favorite. However, I love the Cayenne Pepper Truffle. When I use Chipotle pepper and cinnamon the flavor usually shows up when you breathe in with the bite. With your Cayenne Pepper version the dark silky taste of chocolate seems to settle before the kick of cayenne pepper hits. I loved it!
Thank you for making them, I am hooked.
